Indoor Rock Climbing Singapore

WE ARE ALL BORN TO CLIMB

What is indoor rock climbing all about? Indoor rock climbing is performed on artificial structure that attempts to mimic the experience of outdoor rocks. Indoor rock climbing offers climbers the assurance of safe climbing in a controlled and monitored environment. It’s perfect for kids, families and climbers – no matter what the climbing experience.

TOTAL MIND AND BODY WORKOUT

Curious to know why climbing is so popular? That’s because it works not only the physical body out but also the mind. Climbing is not as simple as just going up! Instead, it’s about figuring how to complete the climb in the easiest and most efficient way possible. Climbing routes can be physically and mentally challenging, and figuring the routes out increases your awareness of your body.

Ground Up Climbing offers indoor rock climbing on walls that are between 7 and 9 metres tall. You can try your hand at a variety of routes – they range from easy to challenging climbs (they are graded according to level of difficulty), and routes from a spectrum of climbing styles.

LETTING KIDS MOVE THE WAY THEY SHOULD

Kids just love to climb and move about! That’s why it’s like a match made in heaven when they get introduced to the indoor climbing gym. And that’s why our kids programme is highly popular. Kids are naturally keen to push their boundaries, challenge themselves and explore movement! Hearing their squeals of joy once they reach the top brings a simply joy to our hearts. Climbing is a perfect sport to develop their motor skills and mental faculties as both the brain and body work hand-in-hand during the climb. When kids are stuck midway through a route, kids are encouraged to solve the puzzle and work their way out of it.
